Right of rescission

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without having to give a reason. 

The 14 days cancellation period begins on the day, you -  or a third party, which you have authorized and who is not deliverer - received the goods. Where your order compromises multiple delivery shipment, the 14 days cancellation period for the goods in your order begins on the day, you or a third party, which you have authorized and who is not deliverer -  have taken the final possession of the goods you bought. 

To exercise your right to cancel, you have to inform us - Daddys-Carparts GbR, Marbecker Str. 74, 46325 Borken, info@daddys-carparts.com, phone: +49 (0) 28679099911 - by means of a clear statement (eg a consigned by mail letter or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may wish to use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obligated.

To safeguard the 14 days cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel / withdraw  before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation / withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we receive from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have choosen a different method of delivery than that offered by us, cheapest standard have), and repay immediately and latest within fourteen days from the date, on which your notification of cancellation of this contract has been received by us. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. In any case there will be no additional charged fees because of this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have demonstrated, that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You have to return the goods immediately and in any case, the return (may be also hand cover to us) of the goods has to be done within 14 days  from the date on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met, if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days ended. 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

You just have to pay for any diminished value of the goods, when this value is due to a loss.
